Italian pasta

Ingredients:
750 g fresh pasta
2 packets of bacon
100 g sliced smoked turkey
1 red chili
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
5 dl sour cream
1 dl cream or milk
1 ½ dl grated "västerbotten ost" (cheese)






Fry the bacon, add the chopped onion and chili and fry untill the onion becomes clear. Then add the turkey and mix it all up.
Pour the sour cream, cream/milk, cheese and the crushed garlic into a pot and cook it on medium warmth for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Then pour over the bacon mix into the sause and stir it together.
Boil the pasta and then serve it with some arugula sallad on top.

This was super good, I liked that is was a bit hot and very tasteful. It doesn't take vey long to make and it is also quite simple. Great recipe :)
