French omelet


Ingredients:
4 eggs
salt
pepper
butter to fry in
and whatever you want as filling.
(I used capsicum and cheese)



Just mix the eggs with pepper and salt
Heat up the butter in the pan and add the eggs. When the omelet is almost done add your filling and fold the omelet in half. Serve the omelete when it is golden brown with some sallad!





I give this recipe 5 stars!

It was very quick and simple to make. It is a super good lunch, you can put in whatever you want to make it suit your taste. Great to serve with some salad!
